Why I Created Gathered Today
My wife and I have four young kids, and dinnertime at our house is often filled with chaos (wonderful chaos).
In working with my wife, we tried to think about ways to have meaningful time at the dinner table amidst the spilled milk and crying.
We tried different conversation cards, and while some were helpful, many were shaped by a secular worldview.
I often found myself mentally correcting questions or feeling the need to redirect that question back to God's Word (Deuteronomy 6:7). That's when I decided to create something different.
Gathered Today was designed for busy parents who want Scripture woven naturally into everyday life—around the table, in the car, or at bedtime. My hope is to give Christian families helpful resources to get them talking and growing in their walk together in Christ.
