At Gathered Today, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept return or refund requests within 60 days of purchase.

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Condition of Items

We stand behind our products and offer a no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee.

You do not need to return items in unused condition or original packaging for us to consider a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (including downloads or digital content) are non-refundable.

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable) are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your order number

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify.

Please note:

  • Refunds cover the item purchase price and applicable sales tax

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

At this time, we do not require customers to return physical products.

If a refund or replacement is approved, we’ll resolve the issue without requiring return shipment. In rare cases of suspected abuse or repeated refund requests, we reserve the right to require return of the product or limit future refund eligibility.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if:

  • An item was ordered by mistake, or

  • An item arrives damaged

Please contact us and we’ll coordinate the best solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@gatheredtoday.com and include:

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only, so international returns do not apply at this time.
